This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and collects no data about your visit. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security purposes.

If you email us

We keep your email and its contents so we can reply and, if you become a client, deliver the service. We use your details only for that — we don't sell them, share them, or add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for.

If we email you first

We occasionally send individually written introductions to UK incorporated businesses under the legitimate-interest basis of UK GDPR and PECR's corporate-subscriber provisions. Every such email says who we are and includes a working opt-out. If you opt out, we record the minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again, and we honour it permanently.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@writtenrank.com and we'll act within one month, usually much faster. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
